Julian is a travel hacker and was always taking 5-star vacations to exotic places for free. He had dabbled in building a course to teach others this process before, but never really got it out to the world or brought on any clients.

He was hesitant to launch his course until it was "perfect". The Process

The best part was Julian did this without spending weeks creating organic content to try to build his email list. He didn't put up a fancy website or funnel. He just posted his carefully crafted launch post everywhere he had eyeballs (even though he thought he didn't have anyone following him), and he had packed out his beta launch.

Most people, Julian included at the beginning, think you need to be posting on social media consistently, have a following, and have an email list before you can launch your program successfully.
