Background
Michael started selling on Amazon around five years ago, and his success quickly led him to mentoring others to do the same. After gaining traction with his personal brand, he started EJM Media, which primarily focuses on mentoring sellers in the Amazon domain.
When he first came to us, he was looking to double-down on his content volume in order to breakthrough a plateau and scale revenue. He was seeing success from his TikTok account, but lacked the bandwidth to turn up the volume.
Before working with Upperhand, he had worked with 2 or 3 other social media managers, but found they were always demanding his involvement and asking his advice. On top of that, previous editors he had worked with had a language barrier, resulting in typos and incorrect subtitles. The difference in time zones also significantly delayed his timelines.
He was looking for a truly hands-off solution to his content.
The Process
The first step was to remove Michael from the process entirely. We started by creating a brand identity for him that fit the quality he was looking to produce. This allowed our team to exceed his expectations without his involvement by producing an approved blueprint for us to follow.
We then were able to dive into all the existing content he already had. We combed through his live coaching calls and podcast interviews, and based on our research of his offer and competitors, we were able to craft reels, TikToks, Tweets - and so much more.
The volume of content we were able to produce without his direction allowed Michael to post 2-3 times a day across multiple platforms, significantly increasing his presence, visibility, and lead flow.
